Mrs. Verna Florence WENDALL,62, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday at her home in Waveland . She suffered a stroke days ago. She was born October 12, 1896, in Montgomery County, a daughter of Gilbert and Mary Blacketer STUMP. Mrs. Wendall was a member of the Union Chapel Church. Survivors include the husband, Lonnie Wendall; a daughter, Mrs. Russell Smith of Crawfordsville; a step daughter, Mrs. Lloyd McKee, Crawfordsville; two sisters, Ed Cash, New Market and Mrs. Hazel Weir of Crawfordsville; three grandchildren, Glen, Don and Joyce Smith, Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Noble & Reeves Funeral Home, New Market. -- kbz
